Legal Disclaimer & Photography Release

By registering for, attending, or participating in any craft class or workshop (“Class”) hosted by Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whether in a private home, public venue, or business location, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in craft classes involves the use of tools, supplies, and materials that may pose risk of injury, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, and property damage. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities, materials, and environment of the Class, whether hosted in a private or commercial space.
You agree to release and hold harmless Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch, its instructors, assistants, employees, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries, losses, or damages to person or property arising from your participation in the Class.
2. Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your personal safety and belongings.
You will follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the instructor(s).
You will not hold Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the class, whether occurring at our home, a third-party home, or a business location.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who also agrees to this waiver on their behalf.
3. Health & Allergies
You agree to notify us in advance of any allergies or health conditions that may be affected by class materials (e.g., paints, glues, natural fibers, food items). While we make reasonable efforts to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free setting and are not liable for allergic reactions.
4. Photography & Media Release
By attending a Class, you grant Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch the right to take photographs and video recordings of you and your work during the session.
You grant us permission to use these images or recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes including but not limited to our website, social media, advertising, and printed materials, without compensation to you.
If you prefer not to be photographed, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before the class begins.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the class description. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class may be eligible for a credit toward a future class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be offered a full refund or class credit.
6. Venue Disclaimer
If a class is held at a third-party location (e.g., a local business or private residence), we are not responsible for the condition or safety of that venue. You agree to hold Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch harmless for any incidents occurring on premises not owned or operated by us.
7. Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe, without refund.

Product Sales Policy & Disclaimer

This policy applies to all products sold by Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch, including but not limited to beauty products, cookbooks, handmade wood signs, and other items available for purchase through our website or in-person.
1. Health & Safety Disclaimer (Beauty Products)
All ingredients are listed for transparency. We recommend patch testing before full use. By purchasing, you agree that:
You are responsible for knowing your skin sensitivities and allergies.
Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or allergic responses that may occur.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2. Cookbook Use Disclaimer
Our cookbook is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Recipes are based on personal experience and preferences. You agree to use your own discretion in preparing food and managing dietary needs.
We are not liable for food-related reactions or cooking outcomes.
3. Handmade Item Notice (Wood Signs, Crafts, etc.)
Please note that handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. This is part of their uniqueness and not considered a defect.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
Beauty products and food-related items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Due to the custom nature of our other products, returns may not be eligible for return or exchange, but please reach out to us if you are unhappy to see if we can make an exception.

5. Shipping
Shipping times can vary by product depending on customization. Please communicate any urgency before you place your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 3 days of receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Jilian McNally and Naked Run Ranch and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Your purchase and use are at your own risk.
